A well-dressed man walked into a ritzy hotel in Midtown, looked around, then walked off with a pricey bag sitting in the luggage holding area, police said Friday.

The pilfered Birkin bag and the belongings inside it were worth $150,000, according to cops.

The Valentine’s Day grand larceny happened 11:40 a.m. at The Peninsula on Fifth Ave. near E. 55th St.

Police said the suspect, clad all in black, walked into the lobby, looked around, saw that the bag was unattended and grabbed it.
