A volcano in Grindavík, in southeastern Iceland, erupted for the third time since Dec. 2023 on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, sending lava spewing into the sky and over the snow. The eruption triggered an evacuation of the popular tourist attraction, the Blue Lagoon spa.
